Indicative transit time after dispatch
- Estonia: approximately 1–3 days
- Finland: approximately 3 days
- Other European countries, the USA and other destinations: approximately 4–20 days
These estimates reflect published terms and are not a guaranteed arrival date. Before ordering, clarify whether your carrier uses working or calendar days and ask for a more specific estimate.
Preparation comes before transit
Order preparation takes 1–9 working days after payment confirmation. This is separate from the time your parcel spends with the carrier. Transit depends on the destination and delivery method; holidays and customs procedures can cause delays. If you need an order for a specific date, contact us before paying so we can discuss whether that date is achievable.
Destinations and cost
Worldwide shipping does not mean every carrier serves every address. Enter your country and postcode at checkout to check available methods and the total charge before paying. If your destination is unavailable, use the enquiry form. Free delivery is offered on orders of €80 or more; check the available option at checkout. If the calculation differs from this condition, contact us before paying.
Orders outside the EU
Depending on the destination, import taxes, customs charges and handling fees may apply. Check the rules for your country; do not assume these charges are included in shipping unless the proposal expressly says so. Wholesale delivery terms are agreed separately.
Returns and exchanges
The shop offers returns within 30 days of receipt. Email tellimus@woolestonia.com or use the form with your order number and the items you wish to return or exchange. You do not need to give a reason for an ordinary withdrawal. We will clarify the return address and shipping method; arranging logistics does not restrict your statutory right to withdraw. Pack items carefully and keep proof of postage. Exchanges depend on the required product and size being available.
Costs and refunds
Published return shipping charges for an ordinary return are €3.50 within Estonia and €7.55 from other countries, deducted from the refund when using the agreed method. Do not pay for return transport a second time without checking. These deductions do not automatically apply to a justified faulty-item or wrong-item claim. For statutory EU withdrawal, refunds are due within 14 days of notification; payment may be withheld until the goods or proof of return are received. A full withdrawal includes reimbursement of standard original delivery. The additional 30-day return offer does not restrict mandatory consumer rights.

When will my order arrive?
Allow for both preparation and transit. For an estimate for your address, include the country, postcode and order number if already placed.
What if the parcel is delayed or an item is damaged?
Contact us with the order number and a description of the issue. You can send photos in an email reply. Do not include payment card details in the form.
