3. Return policy

Products can be returned within 30 days of order delivery day. You can return goods ordered from our shop free of charge within 14 days of receipt of the parcel. Products must be returned in the original condition and repacked in their original packaging materials.

Returning a parcel with Itella Estonia:

• If the parcel arrives at a blue parcel locker, it can be returned through Smartpost’s blue parcel lockers anywhere in Estonia with the same door code that was used to receive the parcel. If you wish, you can also return the parcel from a white parcel locker, in which case the return must be executed through the my.smartpost.ee self-service using the parcel’s barcode.
• If the parcel arrives at a white parcel locker or parcel point, the client must execute the return based on the parcel’s barcode in the my.smartpost.ee self-service by selecting a preferred parcel locker (blue or white).
• If the parcel arrives with a courier, we´ll send you a new label and a door code you should use in a parcel locker.

The process of refund usually takes 14 days from the moment the items have arrived back to us. Please request for the items exchange or a refund by an e-mail tellimus@woolestnia.com
